One of my favourite Sam and Dean relationship moments are when Dean constantly tries to crack a joke and his first instinct is to look at Sammy. Did he like the joke? Is he smiling? Did it make him laugh? And if Sam smiles or chuckles, Dean looks so happy and proud that he made his little brother laugh.
