Can we just talk for a sec about that beautiful bi coloured glowing sign in the back while Dean is finding out that the other hunters are actually a couple? Followed by the question how it is to settle down with a hunter. I mean Sam literally suggested setteling down with a hunter, someone who knows the life in 11×04 and Dean bascially said in 10×16 that he wishes to experience something new (maybe such as setteling down with someone who gets the life)
Or maybe about the fact that the younger version of Jessie and his brother in the first scene were pretty much a Sam and Dean parallel, you have the older protective brother, who promisses to take care of his little brother.
Serioulsy this episode couldn’t have spelled out the subtext more.
